SHIPPING:  Shipping is from Crystal Lake, Illinois (zip code 60012). All shipping charges are at an additional cost unless otherwise stated prior to point of order. All shipping pricing is based upon domestic (US) shipping destinations only utilizing the United States Postal Service's Priority mail service. Prices are based upon best available information and subject to change. 

Shipping Charges:

1)  Add the items you are interested to your shopping cart.  Proceed with the checkout process.  Prior to entering any payment information, the shipping charges will be calculated and shown.

2)  Email us with the item numbers and your zip code and we will provide a shipping estimate via email.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Upon receiving any new or used merchandise the product should be inspected immediately for any shipping damage. Any visible shipping damage should be reported immediately to Early American Rug Hooking. Special or additional insurance is at customer discretion and additional expense. At this time, insurance is not an option. However, if insurance is desired, please contact us to make arrangements.

RETURN POLICY: Early American Rug Hooking will allow the return of some products as an accommodation to its customers. See EXCEPTIONS, below. However, Early American Rug hooking has specific conditions regarding returns that must be followed.

• Item must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of the item;
• Refunds will be total cost minus shipping and insurance, if applicable;
• Cost to return item to Early American Rug Hooking is the responsibility of the customer; and
• Early American Rug Hooking requests an email, prior to the return, of the pending return.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS: Custom-made hooks, original patterns and E.S. Frost patterns are not stocked items.  They are considered "special" orders.  As such, these items cannot be returned for a refund.
